Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping options for your order will be displayed at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated per order, there are no additional charges for multiple items.
- Regular Post - Delivery in 4-7 Business Days (no tracking) - FREE
- Regular Priority Post - Delivery in 2-4 Business Days (no tracking) - cost 50c
- Express Post - Delivery in 1-4 Business Days (includes tracking) - cost $10.00
If you would prefer a tracking number or require your order within a tight delivery timeframe we recommend selecting Express Post as your shipment method.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially for addresses in remote and regional areas. Allow additional delivery time during public holidays and the Christmas / New Year holiday period.
Shipment to P.O. boxes
Silver Wizard ships to P.O. boxes and parcel lockers within Australia.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will contain your tracking number (Express Post only). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Silver Wizard is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside Australia.
